Sclibab 5.2 would be a welcome upgrade...

Scilab 5.2 is available on the Scilab download site. It has a new "Simulink-like" graphical tool (xcos) that looks much more professional than the Scicos package available with 5.1. I tried to install it using the instructions on the Scilab download site and failed in both SimplyMEPIS 8.5 beta 2 and in Sidux. Apparently it uses some graphics through JAVA and the dependency was beyond my limited capability. The Windows version 5.2 installed with no graphical problems.
Any chance you could take a look at upgrading this package to 5.2?
